LED tubes 150cm
LED tubes are an ideal replacement for conventional fluorescent tubes. They're much more energy efficient and have a much longer lifespan too. The LED tubes you see here are all 150 cm long and suitable for use in a wide variety of locations including offices, schools, sports halls, shed and garages. Be sure to select the right size of tube (T5 or T8) and also ensure you choose one that's compatible with the type of fixture you have. Our all-in warranty is fully included in the product price and covers both hidden defects and technical defects of the product that occurred before delivery. The warranty period differs per product and ranges from 1 year to a maximum of 5 years.
The colour code is a combination of colour rendering (CRI) and light colour (Kelvin). The first number indicates the colour rendering (1 = very poor colour rendering, 9 = maximum colour fastness). The second and third number contains the light colour. Example: the colour code 830 consists of good colour rendering (8) and warm white light (3000K).
Lighting with a built-in emergency lighting unit (battery) continues to burn for a certain time if the power fails.
With (LED) energy-saving light bulbs there are fittings/lamp bases with 2 pins or 4 pins. Always choose a energy-saving bulb with the same cap/base, otherwise it will not fit in the fixture and will not work. Energy-saving bulbs with a 2-pin base work with a conventional ballast (EM) incl. starter. Energy-saving bulbs with a 4-pin socket work with an electronic ballast (HF) without a starter.
The impact protection value (IK) stands for impact resistance and protection against vandalism. This is expressed in combination with 2 digits (IK00 - IK10). Products with IK00 are not protected against resistance. Products with IK10 offer resistance to shocks of 20 Joule and are also vandal-proof.
The IP value indicates the degree of protection against the ingress of moisture and dust. The 1st digit (0 = not protected until 6 = completely dustproof) indicates the protection against dust. The 2nd digit (0 = not protected until 8 = protected against immersion) indicates the protection against water. Products with an IP44 rating are splashproof and products with an IP65 rating or higher are (completely) dustproof and waterproof.
The most common lengths for T8 LED Tubes are 60cm, 90cm, 120cm and 150cm. For T5 LED Tubes this concerns 55cm, 85cm, 115cm and 145cm. Switching to LED? Then always check the length of your current fluorescent lighting. Do you want to know more? Then read our blog! 
Every bulb or fixture has an energy efficiency class A to G. Energy label A is the most efficient and G the least. LED lighting is the most sustainable lighting technique. Even if a LED bulb is rated E or lower, they still save 70% of energy compared to conventional lighting with the same energy label. Why is it the same label then? To motivate LED brands to get even more durable.
