|
Energy efficiency class | E |
i
Every bulb or fixture has an energy efficiency class A to G. Energy label A is the most efficient and G the least. LED lighting is the most sustainable lighting technique. Even if a LED bulb is rated E or lower, they still save 70% of energy compared to conventional lighting with the same energy label. Why is it the same label then? To motivate LED brands to get even more durable.
|
Energy efficiency class old | A | |
Average Lifetime (h) | 70000 |
Emergency Lighting | No Emergency Unit |
i
Lighting with a built-in emergency lighting unit (battery) continues to burn for a certain time if the power fails.
|
---|---|---|
Tiltable | No | |
Technology | LED Integrated |
i
The technology indicates the operating base of a light source. The most well-known and energy-efficient example is LED. Other techniques include Halogen, gas discharge, TL (fluorescent) and the light bulb.
|
Replaces (Watt) | 2x18 |
i
This indicates which wattage of your old/conventional lighting is replaced by this LED product.
|
Wattage | 12 |
i
The wattage indicates how much energy a light source consumes. With LED lighting, the wattage is considerably lower than with conventional lighting. LED lamps with a higher wattage generally also have a higher light intensity (number of lumens).
|
Voltage (V) | 220-240 |
i
Lighting with a voltage of 220-240 Volt can be connected directly to the mains. Lighting with a different mains voltage (12 Volt and 24 Volt) requires an (electronic) transformer.
|
Dimmable | Dimmable with Dali |
i
When you dim lights, the full power does not have to be used. You therefore save extra on energy costs. Dimmable lamps can also be used to create an extra cosy atmosphere. Keep in mind that you need a LED dimmer to dim LED lights.
|
Colour temperature (Kelvin) | 4000K - Cool White |
i
Light colour is also known as colour temperature and is expressed in Kelvin (K). You can choose from:
|
Colour Code | 840 Cool White |
i
The colour code is a combination of colour rendering (CRI) and light colour (Kelvin). The first number indicates the colour rendering (1 = very poor colour rendering, 9 = maximum colour fastness). The second and third number contains the light colour. Example: the colour code 830 consists of good colour rendering (8) and warm white light (3000K).
|
Colour Rendering (Ra) | 80-89 |
i
Colour rendering is also known as Colour Rendering Index (CRI) and indicates the extent to which a light source reproduces colours, compared to the actual colours in daylight. Products with a good (80-89 Ra) or excellent (90-99 Ra) colour rendering show minimal deviations in the colour spectrum.
|
Driver Included | Yes | |
Beam Angle (degree) | 90 |
i
A beam angle indicates the angle of the light beam coming from a light source. The smaller the radiation angle in degrees (D), the narrower the beam angle.
|
Luminous Flux (Lumen) | 1200 |
i
The number of lumens (lm) is the light output of a light source. The higher the number of lumens, the more light the light source emits. The wattage and the number of lumens are not connected to each other. An LED lamp with a low wattage can have a higher number of lumens than a conventional lamp with a high wattage.
|
Lumen per watt | 100 |
i
The Luminous Efficacy (lm/W) indicates how efficiently a light source uses energy. We divide the number of lumens by the wattage. The higher the number, the more efficient a product is in terms of energy consumption. LED lighting has a considerably higher lumen/Watt ratio than conventional lighting.
|
Power factor | >0.95 |
i
The power factor indicates how efficiently a luminaire uses electricity. The rule is: the higher the power factor, the more efficient the power consumption. A product with a high power factor (0.85 - 0.95) is also the safest. This is because the amount of unnecessary power consumption (blind current) is very limited.

Finish of Reflector | PC (Polycarbonate) |
EAN | 8719157002653 | |
---|---|---|
Mounting Method | Recessed | |
Cut out (mm) | 120 | |
IP-Rating | IP40 |
i
The IP value indicates the degree of protection against the ingress of moisture and dust. The 1st digit (0 = not protected until 6 = completely dustproof) indicates the protection against dust. The 2nd digit (0 = not protected until 8 = protected against immersion) indicates the protection against water. Products with an IP44 rating are splashproof and products with an IP65 rating or higher are (completely) dustproof and waterproof.
|
Operating Temperature | -20 to +45 | |
Housing | Aluminium | |
Colour of the Fixture | Black |
Height (mm) | 70 | |
---|---|---|
Diameter (mm) | 129 |
Sensor Included | No |
i
Lighting with a sensor or twilight switch only lights up when it receives a certain signal. This reduces energy costs. The (built-in) sensors react to darkness and/or movement.

Up to 60% energy savings
This LED downlight replaces traditional PL-C luminaires. It replaces 2x18W with a low energy consumption of only 12W, this allows you to save up to 60% in energy costs.
Average lifespan : 70,000 hours
The average lifespan of a PL-C luminaire is 10,000 hours. This LED alternative will last on average 70,000 hours. Let’s suppose you light is on 12 hours a day, 5 days a week, this is about 60 hours a week. Over the year (60 hours x 52 weeks), it makes 3120 hours. This means you will not have to worry about your luminaire for over 20 years !
No loss of brightness
With traditional PL-C luminaires and fluorescent lighting in general, the quality of the light and its brightness are reduced after 10,000 hours. With this LED luminaire, the quality of the light will stay even for its whole lifespan.
Energy efficiency class : A
This LED fixture has a high energy efficiency class : A. This means your product will help you to save energy and reduce the impact of your energy consumption.
Cool white colour temperature : 4000K
The colour temperature of this luminaire is 4000K. It corresponds to cool white, contributing to create a fresh and productive atmosphere.
Easy installation
The installation of this product is relatively easy. This product has built-in drivers, push button connectors to facilitate the installation. You need a cutting space of 120 mm to be able to install correctly this product.
DALI dimmable
DALI stands for (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface). It is a protocol for remote management of diffused light intensity. It's a way to manage a set of fixtures simultaneously. It is also a way of managing energy costs by only diffusing light when needed.
Warranty : 5 years
Thanks to the experience of Noxion in the lighting sector and the high quality of components chosen, we are able to offer a warranty of 5 years for this LED fixture.
