LED filament technology
The Noxion Lucent Classic LED filament bulb combines a classic design with modern LED technology. It's extremely energy efficient and uses just 8 watts of power instead of the 60 watts a conventional incandescent bulb uses. That means energy savings of 87% which means cheaper energy bills too. The E27 (Edison screw) cap/base makes changing bulbs incredibly easy.
Long lifespan
With a lifespan of 15,000 hours, this LED bulb will last around 5 years with normal use (8 hours per day). By comparison, an incandescent bulb only lasts around 1000 hours. It may be a little more expensive to buy an LED bulb initially, but the much better energy efficiency and longer lifespan means a swift and substantial return on your investment.
Dimmable colour temperature
Being able to dim a bulb offers two main advantages. The first one is even greater control over the atmosphere of your environment and the second one is even more energy savings. This Noxion LED bulb has another trick up its sleeve too though. It's not just the brightness of this bulb that can be dimmed but the colour temperature too. It can go from an extra warm white colour temperature of 2700K to an even warmer 2200K.
