The technology indicates the operating base of a light source. The most well-known and energy-efficient example is LED. Other techniques include Halogen, gas discharge, TL (fluorescent) and the light bulb.
This indicates which wattage of your old/conventional lighting is replaced by this LED product.
The wattage indicates how much energy a light source consumes. With LED lighting, the wattage is considerably lower than with conventional lighting. LED lamps with a higher wattage generally also have a higher light intensity (number of lumens).

Always choose a energy-saving bulb with the same cap/base, otherwise it will not fit in the fixture and will not work. Energy-saving bulbs with a 2-pin base work with a conventional ballast (EM) incl. starter. Energy-saving bulbs with a 4-pin socket work with an electronic ballast (HF) without a starter.

A ballast can be seen as an energy regulator that switches on the lighting. Is there a starter in the fixture? Then this is a conventional ballast (EM). Fixtures with an electronic ballast (HF) don't have a starter. A LED driver can be compared to an electronic ballast and only works with LED lighting.
Because you can set the direction of the light yourself, a rotatable LED tube is extra efficient with energy. Moreover, the light does not shine around 360 degrees unnecessarily, as is the case with conventional fluorescent tubes.
