Bond Concepts

''Hey Any-Lamp, we could use your help again!'' That's how Bond Concepts knocked on our door for their new Bond den Bosch office. As a renowned landlord of high-quality office premises, Bond Concepts has been in contact with us on several occasions to realise a sustainable and quirky lighting plan (project based). This regarding the new offices in their portfolio. They purchase the often iconic buildings in cooperation with property management company First Crown, after which they give them a Bond Concepts look and make them ready for lease. Regarding the lighting solution, this includes standard LED fixtures and special design luminaires, which together provide a unique look and an effective lighting plan.

Client's request

The owner of Bond Concepts is focused on offering office premises that provide connection. Therefore, the company uses the slogan: ''Where you work, meet and connect''. Bond den Bosch is an all-in-one office building with office spaces, meeting rooms and a restaurant, which immediately emphasises the need to implement an appropriate and sustainable lighting plan that conveys the right atmosphere in every type of room. In addition, the lighting solution needs to raise the energy label of the office building to a higher level, which can be achieved easily and quickly with LED.

Solution

At the time, First Crown got in touch with our project manager Raymond Beekmans through word of mouth, which led to his introduction at Bond Concepts. Since then, a new project is discussed with a cup of coffee on site at the client's premises. Likewise for Bond den Bosch. What is unique about this Bond project, is that in addition to the initial consultation, a detailed 3D lighting plan was drawn up, which immediately mapped out the project visually. After all, this is a 10-storey office building that would be delivered in phases.

Various fixtures from Lumiparts and Noxion, among others, were used throughout the building. This included frequent use of LED panels in the office areas, combined with various design luminaires that provide the work and relaxation areas with a motivated and/or relaxed atmosphere. This fits perfectly with the concept: work, meet and connect.
