Option 1: Create a request using your customer account
How to create a return request with your customer account:
Login to your customer account using your personal login data.
Click on "Returns" on the left side of this webpage.
Click on "Request New RMA" to make a new request.
At "Please select order", select the order it applies to.
Here you see all the products from the order you selected. Remove all products by clicking "Remove item" except the ones you want to send back.
Please select the reason for your return request. If none of the options apply, please select the option which comes closest to your reason.
Please select the action you want. Do you want to receive a replacement? Choose "Replacement" If you prefer to receive a refund, choose the option "Refund".
If you have received broken or defective products, please upload a picture of the products concerned. You can also add a comment. Once you have entered all the information, click on "Submit comment".
Your request has been submitted. You will receive an email with further information on the processing of your request. If you need to return products: Log into your account and print the return form (Returns). Print the document and add it to the package.
Option 2: Create a request by sending us an email
Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- The reason for your return request
- Your order number
- When you received broken/defective products: attach a picture of the respective products
You will receive a confirmation of receipt via email with further information on the return process.
What do I need to know before returning my products?
Please do not return any products, unless you have received an email from us with a packing slip for the products to be returned. We kindly ask you to comply with the following guidelines when sending products back to us:
- All items must be unused and undamaged.
- All Items have to be in the original packaging.
- All items must be mentioned on the return form, otherwise your return cannot be processed.
- All items must be returned securely to avoid damage in transit, along with product stickers and user manual.

Do I need to pay for the return shipping costs?
If you have received the wrong products, broken items or if something from your order is missing, Any-Lamp will cover the costs of the new shipment. If you wish to return your products due to a mistake of your own, for example: you ordered the wrong fitting, you will be liable for the cost of return to our warehouse in the Netherlands. How do I cancel my order?
In case you want to cancel your order, please call our customer service immediately. Our automated order system often processes orders so quickly, that a cancellation is not possible. In this case, you have the option to refuse the delivery. The package will then be sent back to us automatically.
