LED panels and LED trunkings are the ideal replacement for fluorescent fixtures, but you can also choose to replace your fluorescent tubes with retrofit LED tubes.

With LED panels, you immediately meet existing norms and more:

UGR<19 is mandatory in offices (open plan offices, meeting rooms and workplaces).
UGR<22 luminaires are ideal for receptions and counters.
UGR<16 is very suitable for use in technical drawing rooms.
DALI dimmable allows for a smart lighting plan with the option of zone lighting and sunlight mimicking.
RGB + CCT fixtures create a flexible lighting plan in terms of light options and controls.

Light trunkings illuminate offices with standard or high ceilings due to their light output.

LED track lights, LED downlights and LED spotlights are perfect for supporting lighting in open-plan offices or as the central lighting in halls, showrooms, conference rooms etc.

LED track lights can have excellent CRI (90-99 Ra) and are used to easily highlight the desired products. 3 circuit track lighting gives a room three lighting options in one with tiltable spots. Installing a 3 circuit rail system enables you to operate either monophase or triphase. It is a multifunctional fixture that adapts to the purpose of the space.

LED recessed spotlights are the best solution to light up even the darkest corners of the office and they can be configured as desired:

Choose from recessed spotlights with bulb or recessed spotlights without bulb.
Or pick: waterproof spotlights, surface mounted spotlights or dimmable spotlights.

Ambient or Accent Lighting | Decorative Office Lighting

Professional office lighting is not complete without a decorative and/or warm light addition that creates a pleasant atmosphere and fosters creativity. With our designer ceiling lights, pendants and wall lights you can easily combine the right work lighting with an atmospheric touch, without sacrificing focus and productivity in an office environment. Wall lights are also the most appropriate fixture for offices with high ceilings and an industrial look.

Designer fixtures not only provide a complete lighting plan at actual workplaces, but also in other office areas:

• Meeting rooms or flex desks - Here they can be used as ambient lighting.
• Receptions and entrance halls - The fixtures invite guests in (pleasant atmosphere).
• Canteens and corridors - Design lamps add character to these areas.

Lighting plans for sustainable office lighting can be further enhanced with smart additions or functions. LED strips, for instance, add a wonderful accent to the interior of a room (floors, walls, stairs, furniture, etc.). Does your office building have rooms that are used only partially or for a short time? There are various fixtures available as LED sensor lighting. This allows you to reduce the energy consumption of these fixtures to the bare minimum.

Don't forget to equip your office with emergency lighting (mandatory). At Any-Lamp you will find two types of emergency lighting, both of which comply with NEN standards:

Escape route designation (exit sign lighting) indicates the nearest emergency exit.
Escape route lighting provides a safe route to emergency exits.

Best practice - Some office lighting recommendations in a nutshell!

LED lighting offers several options for every area in the office. Read our recommendations on how to design your lighting system!

Light intensity - It is recommended to reach a minimum of 500 lux and up to 1000 lux above desks and working stations (direct work environment). Within a radius of 500mm around the direct workplace, the light intensity could be lowered one level. In this case 300 Lux minimum (indirect work environment). In meeting rooms the same lux level is advised, while technical drawing rooms in offices need a minimum of 750 lux and therefore 500 lux in the indirect area.

Light colour - Cooler light colours, such as 4000K and 6500K, have a positive effect on focus and concentration For general areas such as hallways, recreation rooms and the canteen, we advise to choose warm white light: 3000K or even 2700K. For the best experience you can opt for Human Centric Lighting. These fixtures adapt their light output to the amount of natural daylight in the office throughout the day, as well as the biometrical clock of us humans, which assures the maximum visual comfort.

DALI system - DALI allows you to group several fixtures and control them all at once. Some examples are dimming the fixtures simultaneously, setting timers that will automatically turn on or off all fixtures in a group or making use of zone lighting.

How to optimally illuminate home offices and flexible workspaces!

Office hours combined with working from home is the new standard for many companies. However, home office design is more than just placing an (ergonomic) desk and chair. For example, daylight (windows) and home office lighting are of great importance to get through the working day with focus and concentration, and to deliver the best performance. Tips for the best home office lighting:

Install 4000K LED ceiling fixtures (downlights, pendant lights and/or ceiling lights) of up to 1000 lumens to achieve the required 500 lux and avoid light pollution on your screen. A beam angle of 90° or more is recommended to create a uniform light distribution.

Provide additional desk lighting at your home office. Desk lamps are an ideal solution, since they provide efficient and specifically aimed light. Furthermore, these fixtures offer a decorative addition, which can lead to creativity.

* These lighting tips apply both to home offices and to flexible workspaces. The latter can be part of an office building, but you can also rent a flexible workspace. If the interior of a building with flexible workplaces is similar to an open-plan office, the advice for office lighting applies!
